Photo editing

As a single one off I need to edit a person out of a photo. Nothing sinister here, just removing my daughter who photo bombed a snap of me and my grandson. I downloaded GIMP but just can't work out what to do.

Probably best to see if anyone with Photoshop will do this for you, trying from scratch without any prior experience with GIMP or Photoshop would be a challenge. Can you post a downsized image, it will enable folks to see how easy/difficult it would be to edit?
