"Before his death at the age of 30, photographer Tony Ray-Jones spent the latter half of the 1960s travelling across England trying to capture a disappearing way of life.

His distinctive take on English eccentricity had a profound influence on a young photography student at the time - Martin Parr - who, himself, would go on to have a distinguished career behind the lens.

Martin Parr has selected dozens of Tony Ray-Jones' images to be shown at the Science Museum in London, alongside some of his own rarely seen images from the 1970s. Here, take a few minutes to look back at a bygone era."
