Does anyone know what is going on with Onix HiFi? There seem to be a Onix21 web page taking pre-orders for DNA 101 amplifiers but how about the 35 Icons that were already ordered and fully paid for?

Why have the Onix Icon thread been removed? Was there a legal action taken against pfm?

A very threatening GDPR request. I didn’t have will, time, or motivation to fight it. I wanted the whole subject off this site. What I think of this “company” is unprintable. To briefly recap:

No one has ever received an OA21 Icon.

Most people have successfully received Section 75 refunds under the UK Consumer Credit Act, including myself. I consider my own OA21S, which was in for service, to have been stolen.

PS I’ll lock this thread and delete it later as this really has been done to death here.
