My drawer is choc-a-bloc with OM stuff, which I haven't used for yonks and am not going to now at 82 !

OM4Ti, OM2N, OM1N, 21mmF2, 50mm F1.8, 50mm F1.4, 85mm F2, 135mm F2.8, 35-70 zoom F3.5 plus various flash, adapter and other bits.

Quite a lot of top hole OM stuff; really must move it on but how, apart from eBay?

Hi Mike. I use Olympus digital and on the forum I use there is occasional chat about original Olympus and I am sure there is a market out there.

The last 21mm f2 sold for £2900.

Bloody Norah !

The 85mm f2 is a great lens too.

My favourite when I was active; ideal portrait of short t/photo

I used to drool over the OM4Ti

Must admit that I never really used it to its best but it was used when I was British Council investigator for EFL homestays throughout Britain/Ireland for my school in Ramsgate. The 21mm lens was key for the interiors/student accommodation.

Same here, but I ended up with a Minolta X-700 instead.
As did I - and I loved the X700! I worked mine to death; and a decade + after the body gave up - gave the lenses sat on the shelf away to a pfmer. Which was satisfying. I've a couple of storage boxes of negs taken with that X700 to scan yet.

Oh sorry - OM-2 content: I later inherited a mint OM-2+lenses. I really ought to use it more. / off to pull that box out of the cupboard... hmm.

A great alternative to sell them is via Specialist Auction Services in Newbury. Real experts, first class reputation (worldwide), good service and get good results. Their next camera sale is on Tues coming.,

The price you will get for the cameras will depend on the condition. If the foam light seals and mirror bumper have gone gooey this is a simple repair that will cost £50-£80. Om4Tis go for between £250 to £350 depending on condition. Om1ns and 2ns go for between £100 to £200, with the higher price for mint recently serviced cameras.

I might be interested in the 1n. Is it black or chrome?

I used to have a black om4ti with the 50mm f1.2 and f280 flash which synced at 1/2000, IIRC.

Lovely thing. Really wanted the 35-80 f2.8, but went digital before I could find one. Never really got back into photography in the same way.
