Been buying all my cartridges for my Pixma 9500 Mk 2 from them for years after a recommendation of here which I'm very thankful for. Don't print enough or have the time to faff refilling cartridges. Sent them a mail, can I send back 40 odd empty ones. No reply, ok , posted them back at my expense. Any response. nada. Have another 40 odd, the fact you can't buy singles is a farce and the fact these are going to Landfill, makes me wonder about giving them more of my money. Or just go back to Canon at near the 5X the price
