Notice to Appear,

Hereby you are notified that you have been scheduled to appear for your hearing that
will take place in the court of Washington in January 14, 2014 at 11:00 am.

Please bring all documents and witnesses relating to this case with you to Court on your hearing date.

The copy of the court notice is attached to this letter.
Please, read it thoroughly.

Note: If you do not attend the hearing the judge may hear the case in your absence.

Not sure, but my son and I were watching season 5 of Star Trek TNG this afternoon and your username made me chuckle.
 
^ We are talking about United States Law, not the British Civil Procedure Rules, as amended / overhauled just before the turn of this century.

Are you au fait with both sets of CPR, USA & UK law?

Welcome to pfm, we are I should say some here are a bit besotted with ST & STNG. ;)

I would go as far as saying half my mind lives in the 24th century, no greed, poverty, hunger, want or need!!

Those thoughts make it just bearable to tolerate the sh*t provided in abundance by politicoes of all colours and shades today. :'(
