You need the Largo from Dvorak's New World Symphony, being played at a ridiculously rapid tempo by a brass band. Other music is readily available played by these ensembles and the standard of playing is often frighteningly good!
Black Dyke Mills have historically been the best/most popular brass band and have loads of albums out, mostly on budget labels. One may even have 'Largo' on it.
Grimethorpe Colliery Band are another widely recorded band and I believe were the contributors to the 'Brassed Off' soundtrack. If you like that film the soundtrack CD could be a good place to start.
A favourite that I have and can recommend is Mortimer Massed Brass Band's 'Bright As Brass' on Decca if you can find it. It contains 'Knight's Templar', perhaps the best Brass band tune ever.......In my opinion obviously, having thumped it out for many years back in the 80's on 2nd cornet
