Interesting! About the only thing I didn’t care for on the original model, was that imaging/soundstage always seemed too low to me. Otherwise, I do like the Sonab/Carlsson/Larsen presentation. Great speakers for those that need wall boundary setups. Fit and forget.

presently listening to Jbl Aquarius Omnis from 1970 which are 50 inch colums and about 10 inches square so taller and tighter.

mine are the little ones on the right..all at sea. Unbeleivable bass and sweet top end for omnis.JBL sound is kind of American Tannoy ..i have a pair of 12 inch Tannoys so know first hand.
I just refoamed the JBL's and would buy another pair easily... as Im giving these to my mrs for her studio.. she can place art on top of them no problem.. Sonab missed out on that aspect of WAF.
