Not big news for most, I suppose. But it is playing in my warehouse for much of the day...or it was. The problem is I don't like failed stand-up Shaun Keaveney or Mary-Yawn Hobbs. And they now take up 10.30-4pm every day. Dismay!
I really liked 10-4pm with Lauren Laverne and Radcliffe / Maconie. In fact I only listen to those shows midweek. Lamacq is also dull as dishwater.

At least my weekends will be better served with a bit of Mark and Stuart.
When I was running a label, it was a really important outlet for us. But I calculated the average age of the presenters to be 53 and it concerned me then a bit. That was in 21012. As far as I am aware, new young faces have not been introduced since. The only new names I hear are the feature presenters, such as the news, and show producers. It is becoming an ageist organisation.
