The Musical Fidelity M1 PWR is the latest in the series of M1 units and enables you to complete your Musical Fidelity M1 system. By adding the M1 PWR to an M1 CLiC or any other pre-amplifer you are getting a truely amazing combination. In standard configuration the M1 Power delivers a very capable 60w into 8Ohms and almost doubles into 4Ohm. The beauty of the M1 PWR is that with the very simple flick of a switch on the back the M1 PWR is transformed into a substantial Monoblock capable of 100w per channel.

The case design is disappointing for MF.

I guess it's a little sparce. It's in keeping with the M1 design and i'm not sure what else you can add to the front panel.

Unfortunately, there must be a degree of mistrust, when the same company was saying not long ago, that 60 or even 100 rms per channel was not capable of driving speakers properly. What happened to their only 500 watts or so would do?
