  1. Things you need to know about the new ‘Conversations’ PM system:

    a) DO NOT REPLY TO THE NOTIFICATION EMAIL! I get them, not the intended recipient. I get a lot of them and I do not want them! It is just a notification, log into the site and reply from there.

    b) To delete old conversations use the ‘Leave conversation’ option. This is just delete by another name.

Music Word Link

Stealing the idea from elsewhere, with some rule changes.

The idea is to post a song or album title, plus artist name (as accredited to the music) that has a common word in the previous entry.

However, here are words that cannot be used to link:

    The
    A
    In
    Of
    An

    I’ll start us off with:

Dark Side of the Moon - Pink Floyd

So, the next entry must contain any of Dark, Side, Moon, Pink or Floyd as part of the given song/album or artist. Post ONLY a song OR album title, not both - plus the artist.

I use the word “song” loosely - really a track name.

If two posts are made simultaneously, just use the first listed to continue the chain.

EDIT - homonyms and homophones are acceptable, but don’t be too tenuous!

Love embedded links, but perhaps also explicitly add the “title - artist” in text to make things obvious.

Take it easy, it was only a heterographic homonym. Whenever I’ve seen this thread before, more tenuous links are positively encouraged.

Loving the embedded links - thanks all. Perhaps also explicitly add the “title - artist” in text to make things obvious.

Not sure what the link is here Alex?

BTW happy with homonyms and homophones, it’s just a bit of fun - I hope.
