Don't see the problem - it would surely be cash on collection and he says it still plays a few hours a day so a demo shouldn't be an issue, so if it is a dog, or doesn't even exist no harm done.
Price looks optimistic though.

From poking around on the web it sounds like it depends on some unobtanium MOSFETs, so there is an inherent risk.
