M-DAC remote play/pause not working.

My M-DAC remote doesn't respond when I press play/pause or skip track. All other buttons seem to be working. I am using Windows 7 and foobar 2000 (1.3.6).

Any clues to what might be the problem? I've spend days on google without any luck.

Silly question, but is the handset working, an you try a different handset (maybe your local dealer)?

Can you try on a PC with Windows XP - or try Windows Media player, I recall some early versions of Foobar did not support HID control

How is the MDAC connected to the PC? Obviously, this feature only works with USB.
