Aside from the plastic issue, this really is a cynical ploy to try and increase foot fall. I would have hoped M&S would have seen through that and realised the general punter is wise to being manipulated in this way. Their clothes business is in a downward spiral and this may well cause a backlash against their food halls as well. Idiotic.
