Looking for a cheap bore amp with modern inputs

Hi I use a vintage amplifier and wondered If someone could advise me of a cheap preamp I can use with it that has the following (in order of most important first)

*Remote control
*A clear signal path, so minimum colouration. That I can get for budget.
*Optical input
*bluetooth

Not looking for anything fancy, new or used I don’t mind. holing I could pick something up for around £50.
many ideas??

*PRE amp. Don’t know where “bore” came from.

Not sure you would be able to get one in budget but a Topping DX3 pro ticks all of your boxes, they are £160 new but sound far more expensive than that.
