Leak Sterofetic FM Tuner

Hi guys, looking for some advice.

I've just bought one of these tuners from a guy on the Wam but it comes with a power supply plug that obviously plugs into it's matched Leak amplifier.

I am thinking that I can simply fit a standard 13amp three pin plug to the twin wire going into the tuner and cut away the old plug but I'm a bit concerned about which wire in the twin wire is the live and neutral or doesn't this matter?

If so is it just a question of connecting the twin wires to the live and neutral terminals in the plug?

Hi guys, I went ahead with the three pin plug option and the tuner worked fine for anyone interested.

It doesn't matter which way round you connect the wires, obviously leaving the earth/ground terminal unconnected.

Have to say that this tuner is excellent, hard to believe it's over 40 years old.

I'm going through a tuner phase at the moment
