Why 'on vinyl' particularly?

Kraftwerk seem made for digital!

I'm a huge fan and have multiple versions of each album - yes the vinyl versions are different, but not sure I'd say better

agree with most others on the essential albums - taste will vary of course my preference from fantastic to excellent are:

1. man-machine
2. computer world
3. trans europe express
4. radioactivity

(3 and 4 keep changing places for me)

with electric cafe and tour de france getting honourable mention
