I'll ask the assembled swarm intelligence.
I have a NAS with many (HD) FLAC files. But I do not use any streaming services.
My HiFi system (HTPC with JRMC -> DAC -> active LSP) is under the roof.
In the living room / kitchen, however, it is sometimes a bit too quiet for me. I could buy BlueSound "Pulse Mini 2" WLAN speakers. But maybe there is an alternative.
I imagine a device such as a Tivoli Audio. A smaller but respectable box with radio and decent sound. If you could then still use this device to play (HD) Flac files, I would be satisfied for now.
Is there such a thing, or an approximation?
