Kenwood KA-3080R idle adjustment

I want to check the idle adjustment on a Kenwood KA-3080R amp.

I have the schematics and they show a test point (W102) and associated adjustment trimmer but I can't see/understand what value I should be adjusting to?

I'm probably being a bit dim but what am I not seeing?

I'm getting about 5mV across W102 at the moment (i.e. across R242, which is a double type three legged resistor).

That looks right, at 11mA (into Q120) x 0R44 across R242.
