the programmes had all been on television previously -
the July ‘Uncut Ultimate Music Guide’ is a comprehensive Kate Bush introduction for those new to the work of this woman…. well worth tracking down a copy
It covers the ‘Stranger Things’ phenomenon, and a bit on the miniscule recent BBC radio 4 interview.
There are some very interesting archive interviews etc. and each album is dissected.
The Kate Bush Story: Running up that hill was a very enjoyable watch. Maybe not much that was new, but it had a range of people (Elton John, Brett Anderson, St Vincent, Viv Albertine, John Lydon, Neil Gaiman, Peter Gabriel, Dave Gilmour, Tricky, Lindsay Kemp, Steve Coogan, Jo Brand, Guy Garvey, Tori Amos, Nigel Kennedy, Big Boi, Stephen Fry) all saying how wonderful Kate Bush is, and what a genius; something that many would agree with!
