John McCabe

Whilst watching a YT rip of an old drama made in 1982 for Granada TV, I was struck by the music.
It was very much in the vein of Ravel or Debussy's quartet music....Very bittersweet, a bit dissonant with a sort of brooding melancholy at its core.
It was by British composer John McCabe.

Is anyone here able to point me in the direction of worthy CD's to look out for?

He was also a brilliant pianist and made several noted recordings of varied other composers as well as his own works - his complete set of Haydn sonatas is recommendable.
