My Exposure IX preamp power supply is away having a new power switch fitted, so I thought I was going to be without music until it comes back.
This morning, I decided to dig out the manual for my Audiolab 8200CD and see if it had any form of volume control. To my relief, it does! A few button pushes was all it took to activate the volume control, followed by wiring it directly to my power amp.
So now I can listen to CD and networked music (via a Coax link to my NP30e).
Sadly, vinyl's going to have to wait, but beggars can't be choosers.
Happy days!
