Is Kate Bush "Prog"?

@Robn The Dreaming (1982) album was the first album were Kate Bush entirely produced the record and had control.

Experimental, conceptual, it ticks a lot of the generalised prog boxes.

She has such a varied output it's tough to pigeon hole her. Certainly some of her work, as some have already pointed out, would qualify as prog.

Not in my world.
Some weird poetic fairy creature with a unique look at the world.

I only like her because she is impossible to categorise.
