intelligent cd chips ?

Hi have just been on audiogon auctions, has any heard of Machina Dynamica
super intelligent chip cd enhancement device ..www.machinadynamica.com/machina64.htm . the guy selling has great feedback, the web site is quite intense and out there, only a couple of quid but could this damage a cd player....

The only thing this would damage would be your bank balance (albeit in an insignificant way).
