I got around to opening my new Clash boxset last night to find it completely knackered inside - every single album outer cover was ripped. Luckily I am well inside the Amazon return period and another one is on it's way.

I find the quality of pressings so variable that I usually try to open them up straight away. I reckon I am returning about 1 in 5 at the moment due to warping or other defects.
