HI, Can anyone recommend hi fi shops , secondhand even better in tokyo. I may try to get hold of a step up transformer for my koetsu black

Several around the Akihabara train station including HiFi Do which is second hand only and 10 minutes walk down the road.

Hours of fun in "Electric Town" which any visit to Tokyo, without experiencing would be genuinely incomplete.
 
Oh, if you are like me and enamoured of such things the prices of second hand Accuphase gear may make you weep.
 
HI, I have a koetsu black from the 1980s and would like a step up transformer for it. I'm seeking something secondhand. What comes recommended and what impedance would work on the koetsu?
I have seen these for sale in Akihabara :

audio technica at660a/occ ( 10+ 20 + 40 ohms)
entre et100 ( 3 + 10 + 40 ohms)
fidelity research frt3 ( 10 + 30 ohms)
