Help with pre to monoblock amps

Hi,
I have a Townshend Allegri + pre and a pair of Quad QMP monoblocks.
My question is this, the pre has two pairs of outputs and the Quads just a singular RCA input.
So which would the best way be to connect them up.
Just use one output or a Y splitter, using both pairs of outputs ?
Any advice would be appreciated, TIA

Just use one of the pairs. The pre has two pairs of outputs so it can drive two stereo amps for biamping.

Just out of interest, could the other pair of outlets be used to connect up a powered subwoofer ?
