Hi guys

What caps are peple useing in Les's gyrator's is there a concensous of opinion.

A 2.2mfd tantalum and 100mfd Rubycon ZL (ZHL may be better). This is with a two stage regulator after tracos. I am going to try individual regulators for each circuit to see which I prefer. Cheers Andy.

If you have room for it, use a 10-15uF polyester at the base of the transistor.

I also noticed that wet tantalum (aka mil spec) work very well

I too like wet tants, use them in most of my kit........
