GBH Music Question

I'm hoping someone on here can answer a query I have:
At the end of the last episode of GBH (shown last night), there was a piece of music played just before Costello's theme music.
I think the song is 'On a Street in Singapore' but I don't know who the artist is - anyone have a clue?

Damn' - tried to be clever there and dug out my lp of the soundtrack. Unfortunately it only contains the Costello/Harvey score.
