[WTD] Garrard 401 plinth

It may be worth contacting "Lurch" John on maverick or the wam. He has just replinthed a 401 and may want to move on his old plinth which is presentable. He is on the South Coast so possibly doable.

No longer have it, a mate sold it for me at Audiojumble yesterday.
 
Have you considered the MaxPlank by Dr Martin Bastin? I picked mine up just this weekend and the quality and finish, not to mention what must go into making it are extraordinary for the price. The externals don't give any real idea of what thought and development has gone into what is under the deck. First impressions of the sound are very positive. If you're interested in beng put in touch (Martin has not got a website or even an email address afaik!) drop me a PM.
