Stick around DIY for a bit, it's not rocket science. This particular circuit is a large number of voltage regulators. The LM317 chip is a very well known voltage regulator, with well known characteristics, and anyone can learn how to build circuits with them. This is not to say that all electronics is easy, but there are a few building blocks that, once understood, can be built by anyone with a soldering iron and some patience.wow, i have no idea what this is.... lol
