Telonic are UK distributors for Siglent and Rigol amongst others. I bought a Siglent scope and Brymen multimeter from them earlier this year. They know what they're talking about and regularly attend ham radio rallies too.

PS. The Siglent SDS 1104x-e is a decent 4 channel scope (dual 1G samples, quad 500M samples) that can be software hacked to, and is hardware capable of, 200MHz.
