In fact I think you'll find thats a picture of a 323.
523 is different they're also left and right handed (ie not both identical)
Signal Input is the pin closest to a short edge of the board
Signal output is the one more or less between the two long edges and not quite so close so the short edge.
The other two are +24v and ground and the best plan is to follow the circuit to identify ground - then by elimination the other one is +24V
To identify ground follow the polystyrene capacitor and resistor (they sit next to each other) from the input pin. The other ends connect to ground and it should be obvious that the plate on the board they connect to is also connected directly to a pin which is ground. Take care since its a double sided board and the components are only likely to be directly connected to a track on one of the sides.
