Dislike Headphones?

Are we including earbuds in this discussion? For running for example, speakers are impossible and headphones fairly impractical

That's about practicality rather than a preference for the sound though, which I think is where the most interesting discussion is focussed.

I think earbuds are still worth discussing as they do have advantages over headphones; in fact one of the best sounds I have ever heard was from high-end Shure earbuds.
