The seller won't send to the UK unfortunately and doesn't answer messages but might be of interest to our European friends
Quite fancied trying one myself

There's been a couple come up recently on eBay UK. One was at a silly price, £2k'ish, the other went reasonably at, IIRC, around £400. They're great, vibrant sounding, cartridges, but quite fussy about arm/phono stage choice. I still use a couple in rotation, along with some Garrotts which still have their original styluses.

If anyone has a spare one you are not using, I'd be interested to try one.
Have always heard good things about them

Hens teeth scenario!

The Decca C4E and the Select C4E are remarkable at reproducing percussion and kick bass drum.

Good Luck with your dream. ;)

I sold an SC4E not long ago, thing it made £250. Lack of any support or repair/service option meant I couldn't be bothered with the hassle. Never got chance to hear it.
