Connecting active sub to linn majik dsm

I currently run Majik DSM via pre out to meridian 557 power amp and it is part of a 4:1 system alongside a receiver

I really like the sound of everything that goes via the dsm and I am toying with moving to 2:1 and using the sale of the receiver and majik dsm to fund an akurate dsm.

I have tried blu ray films in stereo via the majik dsm but not sure how to connect my active sub.

I would also appreciate how you can tell a akurate/0 from akurate/1

Does your sub only have an RCA input? If so, and the Linn doesn't, one option might be to buy a speaker wire to RCA cable - DSPeaker sell them.

It's a M&K MX 150
it does have bass level with a pot to vary from reference to -3 and -6 and switchable from variable to THX.
It also has left/mono and right input
Switchable phase
And switchable low pass filter 80hz 24db octave to THX

Hope this helps unfortunately it does not mean a lot to me.
