Coltrane - Fearless Leader Box Set - $23-

Is anyone familiar with the Fearless Leader Box Set? 6 CDs for as little as $23-, though it's a little hard to determine which LPs are represented - it looks like they are all on Prestige. I seem to recall RVG remasters getting some criticism as well.

It's basically all the LPs he recorded for Prestige as leader rearranged into chronological order.

I guess it depends on how interested you are in pre-Atlantic/Impulse Coltrane. I quite like the records he made for Prestige. But then I'll happily listen to pretty much anything he recorded

Well, I looked through all my albums, and it turns out I don't have a single Coltrane Prestige album (not even Soultrane), so this is definitely worth a go. Thanks.
