This sounds like a disaster in the making. The vast, vast majority of plastic bottles (although I have no idea what a sustainable one is) are made from polyester (PETP - poly-ethylene terephthalate), which is not at all commonly pressed, and injection moulding an LP groove..... not that final forming PETP by injection moulding is common either...........
