I hope poor Leonard got some money back. I regret I couldn't get tickets on his US tour. They just sold out in no time which is surprising in US where Cohen isn't that popular. Bloody Yanks probably wanted to see a broken penniles man ,they thrive on such "dramas"

Leonard comes over as dignified as ever.

He certainly hasnt shown that it has phased him. It must have been a very worrying time. I thought it was a bloke who did him over.

Maybe the silver lining was being treated to some superb live tours.

Cohen assessment of Lynch, reported in The Guardian, is both healing and pointed.

"It is my prayer that Ms Lynch will take refuge in the wisdom of her religion," Cohen said. "That a spirit of understanding will convert her heart from hatred to remorse, from anger to kindness, from the deadly intoxication of revenge to the lowly practices of self-reform."

It's the lowly practices of self-reform which made me smile.
