Chris Cornell has died, aged 52

That Bond song was the best of recent years by far, big fan since the day very very young at 52.

Was really shocked too, had only recently done 'The First Time' slot on 6 Music. And yes, his is the best Bond theme by a long, long way of the modern era. The Bond forums find it a bit meh but it's stunning and really set the mood for the modern franchise.

RIP Chris.

Unbelievably sad. I feel for his family. Many years ago I bought Jesus Christ Pose on a whim. Never heard of the band then. What an amazing track. Still one of my favourite Soundgarden songs. RIP.
