[WTD] Cheap integrated (with MM phono)

I’m helping my friend set up a starter vinyl system.

She has a turntable, with a MM cart. Now looking for an integrated amp to use with that (and, in due course, speakers).

My friend is an NHS worker living in an expensive city, so budget is limited - £200 ish max.

Can potentially collect within 30 miles or so of Cambridge.

A zillion potential candidates for that.
Cyrus as above
Rotel
Marantz
The much revered here Arcam.
Dare I mention NAD?
Etc.
Etc.
All with respectable MM stages.

Let's see what folks have to offer...

I'd look for a Rotel. Should cost around £50.

My son has a Cyrus 1. Cosmetically iffy but full working order. I could ask if he wants to sell it?

I’ve got a Denon PMA 250SE MkII & JPW Sonatas that make a really musical starter system. The MM phonostage is very decent & the JPWs are sealed cabinets so are fine used hard against a wall. I could do them together for £100.

I’ve also got a lovely Mission Cyrus 1 MkII (metal casework, rather than plastic) & some Mission 760i SEs that work together beautifully & represent a significant upgrade in terms of sound quality, but are happier in free space on stands. I can do them for £200.

I’ll provide some half decent speaker cable with either & some speaker stands if required.

Thanks J. I’ll drop you a message later…

Budget Denon integrated is a good call.
My PMA 350se sounds much better than I could have imagined.
