The right channel suddenly stopped playing. Tried connecting the Tuner to the CD input on the pre-amp, and it works, so pre-amp input OK. Also tried connecting the CD5X with two spare cables, to make sure there was no bad connection in the cable I usually use.
So it seems to boil down to no signal coming out of the CD5X for the right channel.
So.....
A) There was an identical thread in 2013, posted by robdeszan, wondering if he solved it.
B) What is the drill to re-set the software, in the unlikely event it could be some kind of software problem?
C) Does anyone know of a competent Naim specialist in Italy?
