can you recommend me a reliable CD Player?

My Beogram CD7000 is going strong since 1992. Detailed and warm sound. Gorgeous build quality and sonics. Lacks a remote but I don’t change tracks that much.

My old Rotel still sounds great, although I have lost the remote. One of my kids used it for 10 yrs, all working fine - underrated.
Rotel RCD 855, older than some other recommendations, potential peanuts if you can find one.

I'd also look at the Pioneer Stable Platter machines, my PD-S801 was 100% reliable for over 20 years I had it, superb players IMO, loads of variants of them and very plentiful on the used market.

thanks all, how about a new one? Quick check of Richersounds throws up some new brands that i have never heard of before; i) Tibo and ii) Tangent
