Our common Buzzard (Buteo buteo)
Spotted this beauty in the trees whilst out for a walk , I got a few shots that are quite big crops . I didnt want to get too close so not to disturb him

Lovely- I do admire a buzzard, far more interesting than all these ruddy kites. Pin-sharp focus on the eye- fantastic.

They are one of my favourite Raptors , very shy birds too but amazing to watch stripping a carcass . Very good at what they do, this one was hunting worms

Great shots again and getting so close is no mean feat - beautiful birds up close
