This is to be expected. The English have always been well travelled. We have a history of venturing out and blasting the shit out of the locals with a canon and then we colonised them. We pinched their minerals and in return gave them an education, built a few roads and gave them Christianity.

Today we take on the role of ex pat and we now bring gin and tonics and other English customs by buying up swathes of property which drives the prices up and forces young locals off somewhere else. It is colonisation of another name.

The more energetic Brits just love travel, it is in our DNA.

Regards

Mick

Sigh - one scouser does not a summer make and his Dad was probably a southerner.

Liverpool is just one big pit.

Now bugger off down to your mining club and reminisce about the good old days before Maggie came along.

Sigh..... Mick, the man is a Scouser.

And there were never any pits in Liverpool

There's bugger all worth watching on TV and my daughter is fast asleep so music is out of the question. Luckily you two are here to entertain, I'll get the pop corn. :D

Go compare.....
