Hello Martyn,

Apologies for the long silence at my end - I got a very nasty virus that took me completely down and initially into A&E in early December. The holidays and family were recuperation time, so I've not connected with Pfm messages for a good while.

I note you've found a buyer for these Sterlings. In view of that I'll postpone my interest in something equivalent until summer 2024, meanwhile disposing of one or two other items to free up space in the listening room.

are the special edition v2 very nice speakers?
Is it only the finish that makes them a special edition?

I am thinking of the piano black pair.
Any thoughts on those?

Not my preferred finish, but i think the negotiated price would reflect that.

Are they nice in piano black?
