Art Audio - anyone contact them?

Hi all,

I have some Art Audio monoblocks here that need a little attention. I've emailed Art Audio a couple of times, but no response back. Has anyone had any dealings with them? Maybe the owner there (Tom Willis) is more of a phone person rather than email?

Hi,
I recently bought a Quintet and sent a question to "[email protected]" at the start of November.
I was amazed that Tom Willis replied the same day (actually within about 15 minutes), very helpful chap.

I did send another mail about a week later and haven't had a response yet, so perhaps he is on holiday?

Apparently he answer the phone on occasion..... my Vinyl One may need a service.
