Anyone recognise this PSU?

Taking a sabbatical
Hi, I'm hoping some members can tell me a little more about a PSU I have just acquired from a mate. He's been using it with Naim amps and a Naim CD player, but has moved on.

I dont have anything to use with it yet, but may give it a spin in the near future. Any info regarding it's design, designer, value and expected level of performance would be greatly appreciated. The only snippet of info my friend could offer was his suspicion it had been made by a chap called Gordon Welford. He's not absolutely certain, so I'm really hoping for more info here.

Thanks in advance.

It looks very much like a DIY jobbie so I didn't think the case would add anything. It's an off the shelf 19 inch rack mount black case with small grab handles.

Insides are the domain of the DIY room instead of the audio room.

Anyway..
This looks like a DIY power supply of four rails of +24v and should work like having 2x Naim Flatcaps in one box.

Design wise, it looks like a Neil Mcbride improvement of the basic LM117 regulator application note. The smaller black transistors must be LM329 voltage reference diodes.
