anyone know the name of the documentary that was on the BBC a few years ago (can't be more precise that's what happens as the years progress).
I think it was a BBC production in 3 parts.
The first episode started with discussing the psychology involved in the Cold War "policy" of mutual assured destruction.
Then by a circuitous route it ended up talking about the Blairite NHS reforms which wanted to measure everything and was making the point that the measurements (box ticks) were the end=point rather than the actual outcomes for the patient.
If anyone remembers the name of this I'd be grateful.
