Hi,

As already mentioned I have Adobe photoelemnts 2.0 here.

I was a little shocked to read in the handbook that its circa 2002, surely going back to the dark ages on this subject?!

I was just wondering, my Dads offered me his PE 4 if he can get 5 or 6..

Would I find that easier than (my) "2"?

I'm not esp a "techy" with these things.

FFS photoshop elements 6 is 40 quid David.

PE4 is a few steps forward of PE2 as far as functionality, but it's no "easier". The photoshop family does have a reasonably steep learning curve, IMO.
